Donation Payout Request (How to cash out donations)

To cash out your donations, you need to submit a Donation Payout Request.

In order to submit a Donation Payout Request you must meet the following conditions:

• Completed your Payout Registration 
• received at least 40,000 cash

If you meet the above requirements please read the guide below to see how to receive your payout.

Log in to your streamer page > Account Management > Payout Management 

After you complete your Payout Registration, the following message will pop up with your Payout Code. *Please keep this code safe.

If your application was approved, this page will show up when you enter Payout Management.

Click Request For Donation Payout and you will be redirected to a calculation page

*Important Notice*

*You can only request for Donation Payout on the 1st of each month to 10th of each month

*Your payout will be based on the donations you received from the previous month.

EX) If you make a Donation Payout request on September:

-You will receive payout for donations that you received from August 1st - August 31st

-Even if you apply for Donation Payout on September 10th, you will not receive payout for donations you received on September 1st - September 10th.
