The Remote Control is a unique function that allows streamers to turn on/off alerts while they are live streaming. You will be able to able to pause/turn off alerts, preview Media Donations (if you enabled media share preview function), and control the volume of incoming donations
After you log in to your streamer page, click on Remote Control located on the top-left corner of your page.
This is your remote controller. i.On’s Remote controller can be largely divided in to four parts: Alert Lists, Volume Control, Media Donation List, and Mini Alert Control.
*Audio only function will not show any media, but only sounds will be played for the media donation.
Alert List
Whenever someone donates in your stream (TTS, Media, Recording, Roulette, etc.), you will be able to see the donations queued in the Alert List section of the remote controller.
Pausing Alerts will temporarily stop donators from donating to your stream
-Turn Off Alerts means simply skipping the current alert in queue.
Media Donation List
In this window you will see all your Media Donations. If you turn on the “Media Share Alert” located on the bottom right corner, Media Donations will be listed on the Media Donation List.
Additionally, if you enabled the Media Share Preview in your streamer page settings, you will be able to allow or reject incoming Media shares.
You can also Preview the video to see if it's appropriate to your stream.
Mini Alert Control
In this setting you can instantly turn on/off i.On, Twitch, or Youtube widgets. Please note that if you disabled certain functions in your streamer page, even if you turn on your alerts under Mini Alert Control, they will not show up on your stream.
Volume Control
Here you can control the volumes of each donation types. Simply click and adjust the volume mixer handles to your liking.
